About the Role

As an Interior Designer, you will work on developing concepts and design solutions for offices. Joyweek is a full-service provider within Facility Management, and as an interior designer, you contribute to ensuring that our clients have well-planned and attractive workplaces where people thrive, perform, and choose to stay.

You will be responsible for the entire design and client process; from needs analysis and concept development to final delivery. In close dialogue with clients, suppliers, and colleagues, you ensure that each project maintains high quality aesthetically, commercially, and functionally.

The role involves independent responsibility where you drive several parallel projects and play a key role in developing our interior design business.

Your Mission

• Take overall responsibility for client projects, from initial client contact to completed delivery.

• Sell and design interior solutions based on the client's needs and budget.

• In collaboration with Joyweek's sales team: contact new clients.

• Build relationships with existing clients and ensure high client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with delivery coordinators and other team members to ensure that all parts of the projects are executed efficiently.

• Stay updated on suppliers and product offerings to provide the best possible solutions to our clients.

We are looking for someone who

• Has an education in interior design or several years of relevant work experience.

• Is confident in client dialogue and experienced in presenting ideas.

• Has social skills and a humble approach.

• Works systematically and drives your projects forward under your own responsibility.

• Has good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint & pCon planner or similar tools.

• Has the ability to think commercially and results-oriented.

• Expresses yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
